The Eifel-Rur Waterboard (WVER) is the initiator of the Project "DemO3AC". Its head office in in the city of Dueren, Germany, and its largest wastewater treatment plant, the Aachen-Soers plant, in the city of Aachen, Germany. The Aachen-Soers plant is also the place of research for this project.
